CCA School Gurgaon celebrated the Independence Day

CCA School Gurgaon celebrated the Independence Day with its hallmark ethos of patriotic fervor and inspirational enthusiasm. The chief guest for the august occasion was Col. B S Grewal. The celebrations commenced with flag hoisting ceremony. All the students and teachers saluted the tri-colour which was followed by robust rendition of National Anthem.

Then followed the cultural extravaganza which included myriad of events including Dance Presentations, inspirational speeches by young learners, group song presentation, role play; which truly enthralled the audience and filled the atmosphere with patriotic fervor. Dumb Bells presentation by the students of standard VII and VIII enhanced the spirit of patriotism amongst the audience. Aerobics drill by the primary students was indeed praise worthy and howcased the ethos and spirit of the Indian soldier. It was a proud moment to watch the students move like a dream and spread the essence of tri-colour wrapped in emotions and pride for our motherland and its protectors, the soldiers.

Chief Guest for the occasion Col. B S Grewal shared his memories and asked children dream big, aim high and live a fruitful life. Finally the curtain on the celebrations fell with the words of appreciation for the staff and students by the respected Director & Principal of school,  Nirmal Yadav. The symphony played by the School Band marked the conclusion with a vision “Young India, Youthful Indians with a mission”.
